Seattle University – Lecturer / Instructor – 2016-Present

I have been teaching in the Design Program at Seattle University since 2016. Over the past two year I have designed curriculum for both in-person and remote learning for sophomore through senior level students. The courses I teach include, design and color, digital media, print media, and co-teaching in the senior design seminar.

Sanctuary Art Center – Media Instructor – 2018-2020

Sanctuary Art Center is a one of a kind non-profit organization in the U-District that serves houseless and underserved youth with relationship-based artistic programs and employment training.

One of the areas I worked in at SAC was they Storytelling program where interns would write, produce, and original stories using various mediums including: stop-motion animation, digital animation, video, and theatre. Here is a video about the Storytelling program…
